North Central Utility offers a large variety of new and used trailers for sale and a broad selection of used trailers for rent.  Combined with the rental fleet from Ridgeway, NCU now has one of the largest portfolios of rental trailers in the upper Midwest to better serve our customers.  With 10 store locations, a large network of wholesale partners and our own fleet of tractors, we have the ability to find and move equipment to where it’s needed to accommodate fluctuations in local demand.

Like Ridgeway trailer, a key ingredient to our success at North Central Utility has been our employees and their desire to meet the needs of our customers.  We’ve gained a unique perspective on the retail side of the trailer business over the past 40 years and have leveraged that business model to grow the company to better service our customers.  Ridgeway Trailers provides additional expertise in trailer rentals, parts, service and specialty product installation that will benefit our existing customers.

What does this acquisition mean for existing Ridgeway Trailer customers? 

You’ll continue to receive the same high level of customer service and quality repairs with the added benefit of access to a wider breadth of products and over $4 million in heavy-duty parts inventory at NCU.  You’ll also enjoy convenient access to additional NCU locations in WI – Kaukauna, Wisconsin Rapids, Eau Claire, Wausau, Madison, Waukesha with additional locations in Fargo, ND and Mankato, MN and St. Cloud MN.  A tenth location is currently under construction in St. Cloud, MN that will be opening next summer.  In short, the acquisition of Ridgeway Trailer further strengthens our ability to provide unmatched customer support in the areas where you do business.
